It is important to note there is NO Strata in Sunrise Village.
The Double S Cannery Group is the sole, exclusive owner of all land, common areas, and the Community Centre facilities. The monthly lease payment does not provide homeowners a financial interest in Sunrise Village. Therefore, Double S Cannery Group pays all expenses and costs incurred for routine maintenance, repairs, and major renovations as needed, for the Common areas and Community Centre facilities. At no time are costs incurred, routine or extra-ordinary, apportioned back to the homeowners.
